Distracted drivers and seat belt use the focus of STEP Program in March

Ottawa – The City of Ottawa’s Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) is targeting distracted driving and appropriate seat belt and child safety restraint use this month as part of its ongoing commitment to keeping Ottawa’s roads safe.
